NO TO SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF MINORS
In development of the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, travel agencies reject exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and other forms of abuse of minors.
It warns the tourist that sexual abuse is criminally and administratively punished in accordance with current legal provisions. In addition, it fully embraces Law 1336 of 2009, by means of which Law 679 of 2001 is added and strengthened, against exploitation, pornography and sex tourism with children and adolescents.
